Australian DK rider, Kyle Hil, competed at the 2020 BMX Queensland State Championships at the Sleeman BMX track in late September. Here’s what he had to say:

Came into the 2020 QLD titles feeling the best I have on the bike! I’ve had lots of time to focus on training with everything going on.

Started my day off well with a 2nd in moto one followed by a 3rd and 2nd in the next two Motos.

With a low rider count we went straight to the main event which I had 2nd lane pick for.

Got my best start of the day and that had me heading into the first turn 3rd, slight mistake down the second straight lead to me losing a position and coming across the line in 4th.

Result could have been better but had a good time out there and that’s the biggest thing for me!

Was awesome to be racing off the SX hill with a bunch of good fellas again.

Excited for 2021.

Follow Kyle on Facebook and Instagram to keep up with his racing. Best of luck with everything coming up, Kyle!
