The BMX community recently lost a real character of the sport Travis Kramer. To show its support the DK Factory Racing Team has arranged an auction to help raise awareness of beyondblue, and to share the message that it’s OK to ask for help.

With the BMXA Nationals coming up, riders - Jye Hombsch, Aaron Nottle, Kyle Hill and Corey Stafford have elected to wear and then auction off their one of a kind special edition DK race kits.

Team Manager Corey Stafford said “ When we heard of the passing of Travis we had to do something, we couldn’t imagine what the family went through and we all decided right there and then that we had to try and raise awareness of beyondblue and it’s OK to ask for help”.

The kits will only be worn for the 1st Moto at the BMXA Nationals and will also be displayed at the DK tent area during the week of the Nationals.

There will be two methods to place a bid:

1. Forms will be available at the DK tent under each rider’s kit, all you need to do is add your name, phone number and bid amount on the form of the rider of your choice, higher than the previous bid.

2. Email Corey at corey@advancetraders.com.au with your details and bid amount for rider of your choice.

Bids will be open until the end of racing on Saturday. If you’re the highest bidder you will need to transfer your bid amount to the DK Racing fundraising page >> https://workplace-fundraiser.everydayhero.com/au/dk-bicycles-factory-team-raising-awareness-of-beyond-blue

We have set a fundraising goal of $2,000, and will be grateful for any amount big or small you are willing to give.
